• Neelix departs the USS Voyager to live with a group of Talaxians living in an asteroid field; he becomes the permanent Federation ambassador in the Delta Quadrant. (VOY: "Homestead")
• Lieutenant Ayala transfers from the security division to the command division aboard the USS Voyager. (VOY: "Renaissance Man")
• Captain Kathryn Janeway is captured by the Hierarchy; Voyager's EMH has to masquerade as the captain in order to save her and protect the crew. (VOY: "Renaissance Man")
• One of the six Borg transwarp hubs is found by the crew of Voyager; Captain Kathryn Janeway at first orders the ship to avoid it at all costs. (VOY: "Endgame")
• The Voyager concludes its seven-year odyssey through the Delta Quadrant by using the Borg transwarp network to return to the Alpha Quadrant; the ship is aided by technology brought from the future by Kathryn Janeway from the year 2404. (VOY: "Endgame")

• Although we can infer that the Voyager episode "Homestead" took part in 2378, on the 315th anniversary of First Contact, it isn't clear how many of the previous episodes may also have taken place in the same year.

• Janeway's promotion is speculation based on her rank in Nemesis, which took place in mid-2379.
