Producer and screenwriter Adam Belanoff (born 5 June 1962; age 46) co-wrote the story and screenplay for the Star Trek: The Next Generation episode "The Masterpiece Society".

Belanoff was a producer on the hit CBS series Murphy Brown and wrote several episodes of the series, including two which featured Star Trek: Enterprise's Scott Bakula. He also wrote three episodes of Wings, the popular NBC sitcom produced by Paramount Television which starred Steven Weber.

More recently, Belanoff was a writer and co-executive producer on the CBS series Cosby and the Fox series Titus. Currently, he is a writer and co-executive producer on the TNT series The Closer.
