Aladdin Paperbacks is one of Simon and Schuster Children's Publishing's paperback imprints for readers ages 4 to 12 years old. Other children's imprints have included Wallaby, Archway, Wanderer Books, and Minstrel Books.
Under the Minstrel imprint, Pocket Books first produced a series of licensed, original Starfleet Academy and Star Trek: Deep Space Nine novels for young adults between 1993 and 1998. These series would be released alongside the regular Pocket novels.
