The Albright-Salzman syndrome was a neurological disease affecting Humans. Its symptoms included dizziness and double vision.
By 2375, this disease hadn't been diagnosed for over two centuries. Nevertheless Seven of Nine believed she suffered from Albright-Salzman, but the Doctor diagnosed sensory aphasia instead. (VOY: "Relativity")
