Actress Anne Haney (4 March 1934 – 26 May 2001; age 67) played the role of Rishon Uxbridge in TNG: "The Survivors". She also appeared in DS9: "Dax" as Judge Els Renora.
Haney was a regular on the television series Mama's Family from 1986 through 1989, and had a recurring role as Judge Marilyn Travelini on the TV series L.A. Law from 1986 through 1994. She also appeared in two episodes of Quantum Leap, starring Scott Bakula from Star Trek: Enterprise.
Her feature film credits include K-9000 (1991; with Judson Scott, David Renan, Ted Barba, James H. Burk, Kenny Endoso, Jeff Imada, Dave Perna and Nicholas Shaffer; with stunts by Gregory J. Barnett and Lane Leavitt), Mrs. Doubtfire (1993), The American President (1995), and Liar Liar (1997), which also featured Mitchell Ryan, Ernest Perry Jr. and Eric Pierpoint. She co-starred in the 1987 TV movie Rose Are for the Rich, also featuring Star Trek: Voyager stars Kate Mulgrew and Robert Picardo.
Interestingly, she had a small role in the remake of Psycho playing the sheriff's wife (the film also featured Ken Jenkins and the late Roy Brocksmith in small roles). Her "Survivors" co-star John Anderson played the car salesman in the original version.
She guest starred in an episode of The Golden Girls with Robert Picardo and Bill Quinn.
