Antarean glow water is a liquid from the Antares system considered very useful for polishing Spican flame gems, though little else.

On stardate 4523, Cyrano Jones tried to peddle some Antarean glow water to a bartender on Deep Space K-7. (TOS: "The Trouble with Tribbles"; DS9: "Trials and Tribble-ations")
