An antimatter regulator is a device that is used to regulate the flow of antimatter.
During Wesley Crusher's first week at Starfleet Academy, Adam Martoni reprogrammed Crusher's sonic shower to cover him with mud. But Wesley managed to give it back to Martoni, when he reprogrammed an antimatter regulator to spray chili sauce on Martoni. (TNG: "The Game")
