Berengaria system

The Berengaria system is a star system located in Federation space. Its primary star is Berengaria. (TOS: "This Side of Paradise")

The system is located near core Federation planets, such as Vulcan, Andor, and Alpha Centauri. (DS9: "In the Cards")

The Berengaria system contains a Class M world, Berengaria VII, which was first explored by a Vulcan survey team in the early 2100s.

In December of 2154, Enterprise (NX-01) was assigned to the Berengaria system to scout for suitable planets on which the first of a series of proposed starbases could be built. Berengaria VII was a potential candidate. (ENT: "Bound")
