Boyer

Boyer was a Starfleet Ensign who served on station Deep Space 9 in 2369.

It was suggested by Miles O'Brien that Boyer was just as capable a runabout pilot as he was. O'Brien hoped the Ensign could substitute him on a mission to Bajor, to avoid spending time with Doctor Julian Bashir. (DS9: "The Storyteller")
