Brian Vowell (born 19 December 1975; age 32) is an actor appearing as a Starfleet cadet in 2009's Star Trek. [1]
Bowell was born in Loring AFB, Maine. He has made uncredited appearances in such films as The Heartbreak Kid and The Kite Runner and on television shows such as Boston Legal (starring Rene Auberjonois and William Shatner), Dirt (with Jeffrey Nordling), and Law & Order. He was also seen in the pilot episodes for Cashmere Mafia, Gossip Girl, and Women's Murder Club. In 2007, he had a recurring role as a juror on the CBS daytime drama series The Bold and the Beautiful.
In addition to Star Trek, Vowell will be seen in the upcoming films Valkyrie (directed by Bryan Singer), Milk, and Four Christmases. He was also a stand-in for actor Max Rosenak on the upcoming drama Mission Street Rhapsody.
