When Will Riker was captured by a warring faction on Tilonus IV, he was told in a delusion created by Syrus that the Tilonians had contacted Budrow on Starbase 29 and that he had told them he knew nothing about a Starfleet officer named William T. Riker. (TNG: "Frame of Mind")
