Capella IV

Capella IV is the fourth planet in the Capella system located near Federation space and the Klingon Empire, and is known for its rich deposits of topaline.

Capella IV is homeworld of the Capellan people, as well as the Capellan flower and the feared Capellan power-cat.

Leonard H. McCoy was briefly stationed on Capella IV during the 2250s.

According to a non-canon source, The Worlds of the Federation, the Capellans refer to their world as Kohath.

Capella IV was given a "face lift" for the 2006 remastered version of "Friday's Child", with a digital planet replacing the stock footage from the classic episode.
