Carlos Carrasco has made three appearances on Star Trek: Deep Space Nine and one appearance on Star Trek: Voyager. Outside of Star Trek, he is likely best known for playing bus passenger Ortiz in the hit film Speed. (The film also featured actors Alan Ruck, Richard Lineback, Jordan Lund, and Bruce Wright). He also lent his voice to Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas.
