Chi 14 was a subprocessor on the USS Voyager.

When the Voyager crew was placed in stasis units so they could pass unharmed through a Mutara-class nebula, only Seven of Nine and The Doctor remained awake to pilot and maintain the ship. Subnucleonic radiation from the nebula began causing quantum failures in Voyager's gel-pack relays, forcing Seven to reroute functional relays through Chi 14. (VOY: "One")
