Chris Eliopoulos is a comic book artist, cartoonist, and letterer. He is best known for his hand-lettering work, despite the common use of computers for lettering, with one of his feats doing the lettering by hand for the first 100 issues of Savage Dragon for Image Comics. He has also worked for Marvel Comics, DC Comics, Valiant, and Dark Horse Comics.
He also does the cartoon strips for the "A Complete Idiots Guide..." series and now has his own comic strip, "Desperate Times" and worked with the Virtual Calligraphy studio.
In the Marvel Comics second run of Star Trek comics, Eliopoulos was well known for all of his lettering on multiple titles and one-shot issues.
