Conn report

A conn report is a specialized report prepared by conn officers about the flight control of a starship.

Lieutenant Tom Paris poorly punctuated his conn reports that he submitted to Lieutenant Rollins, as per Starfleet protocol. (VOY: "Dreadnought")
