Corinth IV, in the Corinth system, was the location of Federation starship base that was under the command of José Dominguez during the mid-23rd century.

In 2266 the USS Enterprise visited Corinth IV, following its mission to M-113, to offload a shipment of Mexican red chili peppers, which Captain Kirk claimed he "hand-picked," and delivered to Dominguez, from his friend Kirk. (TOS: "The Man Trap")
