Deborah Taylor is the actress who played the role of Captain Chantal R. Zaheva in the Star Trek: The Next Generation episode "Night Terrors".
Taylor went on to have a recurring role in NYPD Blue, ironically playing the ex-wife of Detective Greg Medavoy, played by her real-life husband Gordon Clapp, who appeared in the episode "Vortex".
