Delta Rana IV (most often simply called Rana IV) is the fourth planet in the Delta Rana system; it is class M and has three moons.
The planet was the former site of the Federation Delta Rana IV colony. The entire planetary surface, including the colony, was devastated by a Husnock attack in 2366. Prior to the attack, the planet had a population of eleven thousand. Tea grew wild there. (TNG: "The Survivors")
