Delvok was a Vulcan composer. Jadzia Dax and Melora Pazlar were appreciators of his music. Dax believed there was so much emotion in his music, that he never seemed Vulcan to her. (DS9: "Melora").

In the script, Delvok's music was described as "Chopin meets Spock."
