Deneb system

The Deneb system was an inhabited star system in Federation space. (TOS: "Where No Man Has Gone Before") In the mid-2360s, the inhabitants of the fourth planet built the second Farpoint Station for the use of the Federation and their starships.

The Denebian slime devil and Denebian whale were two of the many lifeforms which lived in this system.

In 2364, the starship USS Enterprise-D visited the system to investigate the construction history of the first Farpoint Station. (TNG: "Encounter at Farpoint")
