Dick Giordano (born 20 July 1932; age 76) is an American comic book artist and brother in law to artist Sal Trapani.

Giordano worked for many publishers including both DC and Marvel Comics. He was the Executive Editorial Director of DC Comics, and during his tenure, the ground-breaking Watchmen by Alan Moore and Dark Knight Returns by Frank Miller series were published.

He founded an advertising-art company, Continuity Associates, with Neal Adams.

In 1975, he worked on at least one comic story published by Peter Pan Records in their Star Trek series, "Passage to Moauv".
