Dorian Bustamante is a previsualization artist who worked on J.J. Abrams' Star Trek. He previously did previs art for the films Star Wars: Episode III - Revenge of the Sith (2005), War of the Worlds (2005), X-Men: The Last Stand (2006, starring Kelsey Grammer, Famke Janssen, and Patrick Stewart), Transformers (2007, written by Alex Kurtzman and Roberto Orci and featuring Andy Milder, Glenn Morshower, William Morgan Sheppard, Michael Shamus Wiles, and the voice of Robert Foxworth), and Journey to the Center of the Earth (2008).

Bustamante also supplied visual effects for deleted scenes for Star Wars: Episode II - Attack of the Clones and the 2004 director's cut of THX 1138. Later, he was a 3D artist on the 2007 western film 3:10 to Yuma as part of the effects company Digital Backlot.

In addition to Star Trek, other upcoming films Bustamante has worked on include Avatar (starring Zoe Saldana), as a CG concept artist, and X-Men Origins: Wolverine, as a previsualization artist. Like Star Trek, these films are slated for release in 2009.
