Dorothy R. Duder was the Food Stylist for the entire four-year run of Star Trek: Enterprise. It was the first time in Trek history that a Food Stylist was permanently on crew preparing food for camera. Her creations included all meals served in the mess hall and at the captain's table, retro-Trek food and alien banquets.
Duder's husband is Star Trek veteran and Star Trek: Deep Space Nine scenic artist Doug Drexler. Drexler listed Duder in one of the okudagram displays that depicted Dominion War causalities in DS9 Season 7. For more information on this character see Dorothy Duder (Lieutenant Commander).
