Downpace Limited was a licensed Star Trek giftware supplier in the 1990s, and produced items such as Star Trek themed key rings and film cels. The company was acquired by The Character Group in 1997, later changing its name to Character Gifts Limited.

Some of the products created by the company include Star Trek mugs, Fidelity wallet cards, insignia pins, and keychains.
