Ducane

Ducane was a 29th century Starfleet lieutenant, the first officer on the USS Relativity under Captain Braxton.

Ducane was first encountered in 2375, via temporal translocation, by Seven of Nine. He was forced to arrest Braxton when it was discovered he would attempt to destroy the USS Voyager in the 24th century. (VOY: "Relativity")

Ducane was played by Jay Karnes.
