Charles Grey, 2nd Earl Grey was a British nobleman in the 18th and 19th century for whom Earl Grey tea was named.
In 2373, Garak had to take Earl Grey tea on board a runabout due to its limited replicator menu and complained that he'd like to talk with the Earl Grey about tea leaves. (DS9: "In Purgatory's Shadow")
