Earl H. Maddox is an actor who appeared as an Uxali in the Star Trek: Voyager episode "Friendship One". As a background performer, Maddox received no on-screen credit for this appearance and was identified by the name tag of his costume which was sold off on the It's A Wrap! sale and auction on eBay. Beside work in music videos for musicians such as Depeche Mode and commercials for products like Budweiser and Red Cross PSA, Maddox was featured in the television series That 70's Show, Just Shoot Me, Family Law, The X-Files, Diagnosis Murder, and The Bernie Mac Show.
His film resume include supporting and background roles in the television drama Mama Flora's Family (1998), the drama Wayward Son (1999), Sam Raimi's mystery thriller The Gift (2000, with Erik Cord), Ivan Reitman's science fiction comedy Evolution (2001), Marc Forster's drama Monster's Ball (2001), the comedy Life Without Dick (2002, with Teri Garr, Geoffrey Blake, Holmes Osborne, and Ian Patrick Williams), Sam Raimi's superhero movie Spider-Man (2002, starring Kirsten Dunst), the television horror film Locusts (2005, with Natalia Nogulich), the biographic drama Elvis (2005, with Eugenie Bondurant), and the war drama Faith of my Fathers (2005, with Joe Chrest and Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa).
