Ed McCready (17 February 1930 – 5 September 2002; age 72) is an actor who appeared in several episodes of Star Trek: The Original Series. All his Star Trek appearances were directed by Vincent McEveety.
McCready was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He first broke into acting in 1964. His career consisted mostly of very small roles such as 'Citizen #1' and 'Detective #2', but he worked steadily until 1995.
McCready passed away in Los Angeles, California. He was 72 years old.
