The Elasian Council of Nobles was a goverment entity of the planet Elas in the 23rd century. In 2268, the Council worked with the Troyius Tribunal to facilitate the arranged marriage of the Dohlman Elaan to the ruler of Troyius, in an attempt to bring peace to the Tellun system.
