Elected One

The Elected One is the ruler of the Parliament of Angel I. She oversees the six elected Mistresses who make up the Parliament. In 2364, Beata was the Elected One, and as such negotiated with the crew of USS Enterprise about the fate of the stranded crew the freighter Odin (TNG: "Angel One").
