• One cover was produced for this issue.
• The issue sold an estimated 9,739 copies in comic specialty stores. This figure represents combined sales figures from May and June 2008 (a problem with IDW deliveries to Diamond's distribution center saw this issue's release to stores on the US East Coast delayed by one week, taking it into June). These figures do not cover copies sold on the direct market (bookstores, etc.).
