Fellebian

Fellebians were inhabitants of a location known as Fellebia.

In 2151, Doctor Phlox advised Subcommander T'Pol that "when in Fellebia, do as the Fellebians do." (ENT: "Unexpected")

It is unknown whether Fellebians were a species from a planet named Fellebia or simply the inhabitants of a city or other location nammed Fellebia.
