Fuchida

Fuchida was an alien police officer in the New Sydney police bureau, on the non-Federation colony world New Sydney.

In 2375, Lieutenant Fuchida visited Yanas Tigan's pergium mine to deliver Miles O'Brien, who his team had found beaten up, and Ezri Tigan was looking for.

He later came to the Tigan residence to arrest Norvo Tigan for murder. (DS9: "Prodigal Daughter")

Lieutenant Fuchida was played by actor Clayton Landey. His make up is a re-use of the Vhnori, implying that his species is either very similar to them, or that the Vhnori homeworld (whose location wasn't mentioned) was in fact near Federation space.
