Galley

A galley is section located on a starship to provide "public" dining facilities. On some starships, a chef will operate the galley preparing cuisine for the crew and guests.
In 2151 Hoshi Sato mentioned that Chef protected his galley on board and Sato stopped cooking herself. (ENT: "Silent Enemy")
Ten Forward on board the USS Enterprise-D may have included a galley, though most patrons enjoyed drinks and simple snacks that could easily be created using the food replicators.
In 2371, Neelix established a galley on board the USS Voyager. (VOY: "Phage")
Klingon Raptor-class scouts were also designed with a galley. (ENT: "Sleeping Dogs")
