Gauman

Chancellor Gauman was a humanoid who assisted Dumah in negotiations with USS Voyager for passage through their territory. The B'omar were a xenophobic race and laid out many restrictions for the passage. Gauman and Dumah ended the negotiations when Seven entered their territory without permission to look for the ship that she and her parents were on before they were assimilated. (VOY: "The Raven")

Gauman was played by actor Richard J. Zobel, Jr.. The costume worn by Zobel as Gauman was auctioned off in the It's A Wrap! sale and auction. According to costume tags, Zobel shared this costume with Mickey Cottrell who portrayed Dumah.
