Haven

Haven is a Class M planet located in the Beta Cassius system that is widely known for its peaceful beauty. Like Risa, Haven is a popular resort destination. Many who visit the planet believe that it has mystical healing powers; in fact, according to legends, "it has been known to mend souls and heal broken hearts." The planet has one moon.
The Haven government is allied with the Federation and is led by the First Electorine. Because Haven has no defensive capabilities, the treaty between the planet and the Federation specifies that Starfleet is obligated to protect the planet from hostiles.
In 2364, the USS Enterprise-D visited Haven for shore leave. The Enterprise later received a plea from First Electorine Valeda Innis to defend the planet from an inherently hostile Tarellian starship that ignored the system's Stargate and failed to reply to attempts at communication.
