Hazar

Hazar was a general in the Bajoran Militia. In 2370, General Hazar ordered Militia forces not to allow any Skrreean vessels to land on the surface of Bajor. Deep Space 9 personnel contacted Hazar when the Skreean boy Tumak attempted to run the blockade; Hazar ordered his forces to stand down, but he was too late to prevent the Skreean ship from being destroyed. Hazar was played by Michael Durrell. Hazar had a card in the Star Trek CCG Second Edition pack which suggested he was a former leader of Bajoran resistance.
