Heart of targ
From Memory Alpha, the free Star Trek reference.
The heart of targ is a traditional Klingon dish consisting of a targ's heart, served on a bed of greens.
Commander William T. Riker tasted some heart of targ when he tried to acquaint himself with Klingon culture prior to his temporary assignment to the IKS Pagh in 2365. (TNG: "A Matter Of Honor")
Klingons believe that heart of targ brings courage to a warrior who eats it. In 2374, a holographic version of Moklor told B'Elanna Torres that ingesting heart of targ was a required act in the Day of Honor ritual. (VOY: "Day of Honor")
