J. Paul Boehmer (born 30 October 1965; age 42) is an actor who has played a variety of roles on Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, Voyager and Enterprise.
He played the holographic Nazi SS captain in VOY: "The Killing Game" and "The Killing Game, Part II". Also on Voyager, he played One, a 29th century Borg drone in the episode "Drone".
On Deep Space Nine, he played Vornar, a Cardassian, in "Tacking Into the Wind".
On Enterprise he played a Vulcan, Mestral in "Carbon Creek". He also played another Nazi SS officer in "Zero Hour" and "Storm Front".
He also played Melkor, the primary antagonist in Star Trek: Klingon Academy.
