John Loprieno (born 7 October 1960; age 47) played Obrist in the Star Trek: Voyager episodes "Year of Hell" and "Year of Hell, Part II".
He is best known for his role as Coldero "Cord" Roberts on the daytime soap One Life to Live. He also wrote for that series.
