Kalto Province was situated on a Class M planet located in the Delta Quadrant. Inhabited by a humanoid race, much about this province was unknown to Humans. (VOY: "Time and Again")

In an alternate timeline, Captain Kathryn Janeway and Tom Paris said they were from Kalto Province as a cover for their real identities.
