Keith Allan is the actor who played Raan, a Suliban, in the Star Trek: Enterprise episode "Shockwave, Part II".
He has also made guest appearances on such television shows as Charmed, Will & Grace, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, and CSI: Crime Scene Investigation. However, he is primarily a title and optical designer for independent motion pictures. He served in this capacity on the 2001 film Prozac Nation, among others.
