Kelly (Ensign)

Ensign Kelly was an officer aboard Deep Space 9, serving under Commander Benjamin Sisko in the 2370s.

In 2370, Kelly's daughter and a Bajoran girl worked together on a prize-winning science fair project. Kelly was among the Starfleet officers forced to leave DS9 following the temporary dissolution of the Bajoran Provisional Government. (DS9: "The Siege")
