Kim Braden was born in London, England in 1949 and played the role of Elise Picard in Star Trek Generations (which was directed by her husband, David Carson). She also appeared in TNG: "The Loss" as Janet Brooks. In addition, she has had television roles in Anne of Green Gables, Anne of Avonlea and Alien Nation.
