La Barre

La Barre is a small village in northeastern France, in the county of Burgundy, European Alliance on Earth.
On 13 July 2305 Jean-Luc Picard was born in La Barre. (TNG: "Conundrum") His brother Robert Picard lived there together with his son René Picard until both died in a fire in 2371. (TNG: "Family"; Star Trek Generations)
