The Laktivia recreational facility is a place of leisure on Akritiri.

In 2373, the Laktivia facility was bombed by the Open Sky terrorist group, killing 47 off-duty patrollers. The explosive was trilithium-based, manufactured on an Akritirian cargo vessel operated by Piri and Vel.

USS Voyager crew members Tom Paris and Harry Kim were near the explosion on shore leave, and were arrested by the Akritirians for the bombing because Voyager's dilithium could be converted in to trilithium. (VOY: "The Chute")
