Larell's species were a humanoid race from the Alpha or Beta Quadrant with ridged foreheads. They had encountered Humans and Lurians, among other species, by 2365.

Larell, a member of this species, took part in the infamous Lissepian Mother's Day Heist. (DS9: "Who Mourns for Morn?")
