Ligon orbital control station

The Ligon orbital control station was a facility in orbit of Ligon II which acted as a liaison between starships and the planetary government.

In 2364, the USS Enterprise sent a message to this station requesting communication from the Ligonian government after the abduction of Lieutenant Natasha Yar by Lutan. (TNG: "Code of Honor")

This station probably monitored and directed ship traffic in the Ligon system. This however wasn't seen in the episode.
