This starship captain commanded a starship during the 2370s.
When USS Voyager beamed Allos and his coworkers, along with the Omega molecule, aboard, this captain attacked the Federation starship, accusing them of stealing their technology and abducting his people. He was told that his people were receiving medical treatment and would be returned but the molecule would not. In response, the captain opened fire on Voyager to no avail as the molecule was destroyed on orders from Janeway. (VOY: "The Omega Directive")
